According to the requirements of Rospotrebnazdor, arrival and admission of international students from abroad of the Russian Federation has been amended, as well as the procedure for interaction between universities and foreign students.

At the moment, foreign students can arrive in the Russian Federation from 25 states with which air traffic is open, and only by air travel.
