ADMISSION TO STATE-FUNDED EDUCATION UNDER THE QUOTA 

Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations in accordance with the quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of

the Russian Federation of December 18, 2020 N 2150 "On establishing a quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation").

The quota implies free education in the specialty chosen by the student, payment of a monthly scholarship, and provision of a place in a dormitory, if one is available at the university.

Candidates wishing to receive an education under the quota should register on the website "Education in the Russian Federation for Foreigners" https://education-in-russia.com.

To participate in the competition it is necessary: to fill in an application form, attach a photo, scanned copies of passport and educational document (or certificate of the period of study).

Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev doesn't award any university scholarships for international students.
