ADMISSION TO STATE-FUNDED EDUCATION UNDER THE QUOTA 

Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations in accordance with the quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of

the Russian Federation of December 18, 2020 N 2150 "On establishing a quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation").

The quota implies free education in the specialty chosen by the student, payment of a monthly scholarship, and provision of a place in a dormitory, if one is available at the university.

Candidates wishing to receive an education under the quota should register on the website "Education in the Russian Federation for Foreigners" https://education-in-russia.com.

To participate in the competition it is necessary: to fill in an application form, attach a photo, scanned copies of passport and educational document (or certificate of the period of study).

The period of documents submission begins on June 20, 2026 and ends

1) within the framework of control figures:

a) on Bachelor Degree Programs and Specialist Training Programs :

 with entrance examinations - July 11, 2026;
 without entrance examinations - July 25, 2026;

b) on Master Degree Programs:

• ends on August 10, 2026

2) For places to study according to for-profit education services agreements:

The University conducts additional admission for paid places in bachelor's degree programs, specialty programs, and master's degree programs in all forms of study only for persons applying to study on the basis of a foreign educational document. The specified additional admission for training is carried out once and ends no later than November 30 of the admission year.

The University carries out its admission tests when there are formed examination groups, according to the schedule of admission tests.

For admission the applicants should submit the letter of consent for enrollment not later than at 12 : 00 (Moscow time)
